These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MEDILAXY website and mobile application, operated by the MEDILAXY team based in India. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, payment processing, or applicable law, and the revised version will be published on this page with a new date, continuing to apply to your use of the service from that point.
MEDILAXY is an educational platform that provides exam preparation material for the RUHS Medical Officer recruitment examination and similar medical officer exams, including mock tests, previous year question papers, subject-wise question banks, flashcards, study plans, and revision tools. All of this content is provided for your personal, non-commercial preparation only. It is not medical advice, and nothing on the platform should be relied upon for the treatment of any patient or condition. While our questions and explanations are prepared and reviewed with care, we do not guarantee that every item is free of error, and we make no promise of any particular exam result, rank, or selection.
To use the service you must be at least 18 years of age, or use it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Your account is personal to you and may be used on up to two devices at a time, in line with the device limit shown in your profile. Sharing your account, letting another person use your credentials, or using the service to serve multiple users is not permitted, and may result in suspension of your account without a refund.
Some parts of the service are free, and other parts require payment. Paid plans and their prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, and all payments are processed through our payment gateway, Razorpay. When you complete a payment, the plan you purchased remains active for the period stated at the time of purchase, and a per-test unlock remains available for the test that was unlocked. Once a payment is made and access is granted, fees are generally non-refundable, except where a payment was charged in error or where applicable law requires otherwise. If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing something you paid for, contact us through the contact page and we will make it right.
All content on MEDILAXY, including questions, explanations, flashcards, images, design, and study plans, is the property of MEDILAXY or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, download, record, screenshot, reproduce, republish, redistribute, resell, or share the content, in whole or in part, or use it to build any competing product or service. Access to the content is limited to your own preparation while your subscription is active, and it ends when your plan expires or your account is closed. Circumventing or attempting to circumvent these restrictions, the device limit, or any other technical protection in the app is a breach of these terms.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not impair the experience of other users. This means not attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its data, not interfering with its operation, not scraping or mining its content, and not introducing any malicious code. We may monitor usage to protect the service and its users, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, without prejudice to any other remedy available to us.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MEDILAXY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss of data, exam attempts, time, or opportunity, and our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We do not warrant that the service will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may add, change, or remove features, content, or plans at any time.
You may stop using the service at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time from your profile page, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also restrict or end access for accounts that breach these terms, that abuse the platform, or that we are required to disable under applicable law, and in those cases any amount already paid for the current period will not be refunded.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply in full.
